Beds24 pricing: how much Beds24 costs, with worked examples

How Beds24 pricing works

Beds24’s pricing page sums it up: “Pay as you go: no contract, no minimum term, no set-up fees.” You pay for the rooms you set up and the extras you switch on, not for bookings, and Beds24 says it never charges commission. As of October 2026, its price calculator adds up three lines:

• Base account: €12.90 a month.
• Rooms: €2.60 a month for each room, apartment or other rented unit.
• Channel links: €0.55 a month each, if you use the channel manager. One link connects one room type to one channel: three room types on Booking.com and Airbnb make six links.

One room without channels gives the starting price: €12.90 + €2.60 = €15.50. Prices are in euros. Beds24 adds VAT for customers in Germany and for EU customers without a valid VAT number, not for customers outside the EU.

Beds24 calls the calculator result an “Estimated monthly cost”: treat every figure on this page as an estimate.

What is included, and what costs extra

Beds24 lists as included at no extra cost: the property management system, payment processing, automation, a central inbox for Airbnb and Booking.com, the mobile app, ticket support and a “mobile friendly and fully customizable booking engine”.

Worked examples: a B&B and a 20-room hotel

Our own estimates, calculated on 7 October 2026 from the rates on Beds24’s pricing page, before VAT, with no SMS and no paid integrations:

Add Private Label (€19.00) and two staff logins (€4.00) to the hotel, and it comes to €94.50 a month, or €1,134 a year. Rooms drive the bill, not bookings: a full summer costs the same as a quiet winter.

Costs that are not on your Beds24 bill

Plan for these too:

• Payment provider fees. Beds24 says it charges no processing fee: “You only pay a fee to your payment provider” (Beds24), such as Stripe or PayPal.
• OTA commissions. Beds24 takes none, but Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia still charge theirs on the bookings they bring.
• Your time. You do the setup yourself. On Capterra, value for money is Beds24’s best-rated category (4.8 out of 5 as of October 2026), and one reviewer running a small hotel sums up both sides: “It was an inexpensive PMS where I only paid for what I needed”, but “every aspect of their product had a separate price, and configuring things required a lot of trial and error”.

The Beds24 free trial

According to Beds24’s FAQ, the free trial “opens a fully functional account” and “The trial period is 14 days”; after that, you pay to keep the account. No credit card is needed to sign up.

Use the 14 days to test what drives your bill and your workload:

1. Set up your real rooms, or import them, so the room count matches what you will pay for.
2. Connect one channel first, and check that prices and availability arrive as expected.
3. Book a test stay from your phone, the way a guest would.

Paying for Beds24: prepaid credit

After the trial, Beds24 works “like for a prepaid phone”, says its pricing page: you top up your balance, and the fees are taken from it. The Beds24 wiki adds what to know before your first payment:

• Your account must stay in positive credit; automatic top-ups are available.
• Top-ups under €50 carry a small handling fee, according to the pricing page.
• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Fees follow your setup day by day: add a room, and the charge changes.

So start with a modest top-up while you test.

Where a branded booking page fits in your budget

You need nothing else to take direct bookings: the Beds24 booking page is included and commission-free. A separate page is worth paying for only if the standard one costs you bookings, as when guests see internal room codes or “No price found” where a room should be.

Then our Beds24 booking engine replaces only the page guests book on, while Beds24 stays your PMS and channel manager: prices are read live from it, and bookings are written back into it. On the examples above, per property, before VAT:

• B&B with 5 rooms: about €29.20 a month for Beds24, plus CHF 29 a month for our page.
• Hotel with 20 rooms: about €71.50 a month for Beds24, plus CHF 49 a month for our page.
