The data entered in the form (name, email, phone, dates, message) is passed to the chosen property through its Beds24 management software, which is responsible for it. Bookpage24 keeps a copy on behalf of the property (booking log, statistics) for [duration]. IP address and browser are logged to prevent abuse. No card data passes through Bookpage24: payment, when requested, takes place on the Beds24 payment page.
We store your account details and the access token to your Beds24 account, encrypted. It is only used to read availability and prices and to create your guests' bookings. You can revoke it at any time in Beds24.
One technical session cookie in the property dashboard, and one remembering your language. No advertising trackers, neither in the dashboard nor on booking pages.
