Beds24 white label booking page: your brand and your domain
The standard Beds24 booking page runs on a beds24.com address and carries a small “powered by Beds24.com” link. For a property, Beds24’s official way to change that is Private Label. Here is what it changes, how to set it up, what it costs at the time of writing (October 2026), how it differs from the reseller programme, and the alternative: bookings on your own website.
Where “Powered by Beds24” shows up
On a standard setup, the booking happens on Beds24’s page, not yours. Beds24’s own booking box and strip widgets hand guests over to it (Beds24), and an iframe simply shows it inside your site. That page sits on a beds24.com address, carries a small “powered by Beds24.com” link at the bottom, and its payment link starts with beds24.com too.
That is not a fault. Beds24 is a legitimate system used by properties in many countries, and the link is standard branding. But when guests type in their card details, the address bar and the footer show another company’s name. Beds24 offers two programmes that change this, for very different users.
What Beds24 Private Label changes
According to the Beds24 wiki, Private Label “will allow you to use your own domain e.g. bookings.mydomain.com (instead of beds24.com) and will remove the Beds24 link from the booking page”, which another wiki page calls the “Powered by Beds24” link.
| Standard page | With Private Label | |
|---|---|---|
| Address | beds24.com | Your subdomain, e.g. book.yourhotel.com |
| “Powered by Beds24” link | Shown | Removed |
| Payment link | beds24.com/bookpay.php | Your domain |
| Favicon | Default | Yours (.ico, max 10 KB) |
| Design, photos, texts | Your booking page settings | Unchanged |
Note the last row: Private Label changes the address, not the look. Template, colours, photos and texts still come from your booking page settings, so plan to customize the Beds24 booking page as well.
How to set up Private Label, step by step
These steps follow the Beds24 wiki at the time of writing:
- Pick a subdomain such as book.yourhotel.com. Beds24 says it can’t be exactly your website’s domain.
- Enter it in Beds24 under (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE > PRIVATE LABEL, without
https://, and enable it. - Create a CNAME record for the subdomain with the value
admin.beds24.comat your DNS provider, and remove any A records for it. Your registrar can usually help. - Add SSL. Beds24 says your domain needs to be SSL secured, and recommends Cloudflare for a secure page.
- Wait: DNS changes can take up to 24 hours.
- Update your links. Widgets and “Book now” buttons on your website must point to the new subdomain; so should your emails and your Google Business Profile.
- Test on a phone: check the padlock and go through a booking up to the payment step.
Costs and limits to know
- A monthly fee. The wiki only says “A monthly fee will apply”. At the time of writing (October 2026), Beds24’s pricing page lists Private Label as an optional add-on at €19.00 per month.
- One domain per account. A different domain for each property needs a sub account per domain, according to Beds24.
- SSL to arrange. Your subdomain needs its own certificate: budget some technical time, or help from whoever manages your domain.
Private Label or reseller programme?
Search for “Beds24 white label” and you will also land on Beds24’s reseller pages. That is another offer, for another audience:
- Private Label is for a property (hotel, B&B or holiday rental) that wants its booking page on its own address, without the Beds24 link.
- The reseller programme is for businesses that sell products and services to hotels, B&Bs or vacation rentals. Beds24 pitches it to them as a way to run “Beds24 (Property Management & Channel Management) under your own brand”, “managing all marketing, sales, billing, and support” for their own clients (Beds24 reseller page).
If you run your own properties, Private Label or the alternative below is what you are after.
Why your own domain matters to guests
A guest who clicks “Book now” on your website and lands on another company’s address has a reason to pause, right when you ask for card details. Keeping the same name, logo and colours from your home page to the confirmation avoids that moment of doubt.
Some people do wonder. When we checked Google’s search suggestions in October 2026, they included “is beds24 safe”, “beds24 is it legit” and “is beds24 reliable”. We can’t know who types these; some may be guests meeting the name for the first time on a booking page. Either way, the fix is to show guests a name they already know: yours.
The alternative: a branded booking engine on your own website
Private Label moves Beds24’s page to your subdomain. The other route keeps Beds24 as your PMS and channel manager and replaces only the page guests see. That is what our Beds24 booking engine does:
- Guests stay on your website: paste two lines of code into your site (plain HTML or WordPress; Squarespace and Webflow need a plan that allows custom code), and search, room choice and guest details happen on your own domain. The first line already links to your Beds24 page, so guests can still book if our server is down. See our Beds24 booking widget guide.
- Or use a hosted page with your logo, colours and fonts, behind your “Book now” buttons, on your Google Business Profile and in emails. On Wix, this is the route we recommend: the widget can be embedded there, but we haven’t tested it.
- No “powered by Beds24” link, and real room names, beds, descriptions and photos in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
- City tax shown upfront: added per person per night, included in the total and written into the Beds24 booking.
- Live Beds24 data: prices and availability are read on every search, and each booking goes into Beds24, which closes the room on your channels.
One honest detail: if you take a deposit or full payment at booking, the guest pays on the Beds24 payment page, through your own Stripe or PayPal set up in Beds24. No card data passes through us.

Frequently asked questions
Can I remove “Powered by Beds24” for free?
Beds24’s documented way, Private Label, costs €19.00 a month at the time of writing. A booking engine on your own website is a paid service too, so compare what each one gives you.
Does Private Label change how my booking page looks?
No. It changes the address, removes the Beds24 link and puts your domain in the payment link. The look comes from your booking page settings: see how to customize the Beds24 booking page.
Can I use my main domain, like www.myhotel.com?
No. Beds24 says the private label domain can’t be exactly the same as your website’s domain. Use a subdomain such as book.myhotel.com.
Can each of my properties have its own domain?
Each Beds24 account can use one private label domain. For one domain per property, Beds24 says you need a sub account per domain, owning the properties that run on it.
