Beds24 website builder: how to get a website that takes bookings from Beds24

Beds24 has no website builder of its own in the Wix sense: it gives you a booking page you can use as your booking website, and widgets for the site you already have. For a full website, you can pick a builder from the Beds24 marketplace or add Beds24 to WordPress, Wix or Squarespace. Here is what each option costs as of October 2026, where its prices come from, and when changing only the booking page is enough.

Does Beds24 have its own website builder?

Not in the sense of Wix or Squarespace, with pages, menus and a blog. What Beds24 includes in its fee is a booking page, listed as “Booking website” among the features on its pricing page. Its booking engine page puts it plainly: “You can embed the Beds24 booking engine into your website or use the booking page as your booking website” (Beds24).

That gives you three tools inside Beds24, all commission-free:

  • The booking page as your website. If you have no website, Beds24’s FAQ suggests sending guests to the booking page “via Emails or links on other websites” (Beds24 FAQ). It is responsive, available in over 30 languages, and you control its design, layout and content, down to custom CSS.
  • Widgets for the site you have. Beds24 says they fit “any web site including Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, Joomla via a code snippet”; a click on an available date opens your Beds24 booking page (Beds24 widgets).
  • Your own subdomain. Private Label moves the booking page to an address such as bookings.yourhotel.com, for €19 a month as of October 2026. See Beds24 white label.

For a whole website built from your Beds24 data, Beds24 points to partners: its wiki lists website builders that create websites “directly from the content in Beds24” (Beds24 wiki). Whichever site you end up with, the booking page matters beyond it: it is also where Google’s free booking links can send guests (see Beds24 and Google Vacation Rentals).

Beds24 gives you a booking page, not a website builder. Need a full site? Choose a builder from the Beds24 marketplace and check how often it syncs. Happy with your site? Keep it and change only the booking page.

Website builders in the Beds24 marketplace: Webready, RezIntel, Boostly, ResyPress

Beds24’s wiki lists four website builders: Boostly, ResyPress, the RezIntel Website Builder and Webready. Here is what their own pages and Beds24’s say, as of October 2026:

  • Webready is “a website builder for vacation rentals” (Beds24 wiki). It imports your Beds24 listings and syncs their availability and daily prices (Webready); a booking made with the Webready booking engine “will be synced to Beds24”. You can also send guests to your Beds24 booking page with a link or an iframe instead. It costs $14.99 a month per rental for 1 to 5 rentals and $4.99 per rental from 6 to 15, or $11.99 and $3.99 billed yearly, with a 15-day trial and “no booking or usage fees” (Webready pricing).
  • RezIntel Website Builder creates a site “directly from the content you already have entered” in Beds24. According to Beds24’s wiki, content, availability, pricing and payment information are updated “on a daily basis”, RezIntel “only works with the Daily prices”, and you need a Stripe account. Beds24 users get a 14-day trial, and Beds24’s normal channel manager fees apply (Beds24 wiki). The current marketplace listing describes something broader: custom websites and portals for hotels, B&Bs, hostels and agencies, integrated “via API to enable live availability” (Beds24 marketplace). Ask which of the two you would get.
  • Boostly offers a “Custom WordPress website built by our team”, plus a CRM and coaching; its home page shows no prices (Boostly). Its Beds24 guide says it “syncs bookings, availability, and guest information every 15 minutes” (Boostly Beds24 guide).
  • ResyPress presents itself on the Beds24 marketplace as “a powerful and easy to use direct booking website for hotel and vacation rental businesses”, with a website builder, a guest portal and multi-currency support. The listing shows no price.

Expect some setup on the Beds24 side. For Webready, the Beds24 wiki has you create an API key, whitelist Webready’s IP address, allow write access and give each property its own key. For RezIntel, you switch on synchronisation for each room and fill in the content fields Beds24 asks for.

Live or daily sync: where your prices and availability come from

This is the question that matters most, and the one sales pages answer least. There are two models:

  • Guests book on Beds24 itself. With the Beds24 booking page, its widgets, its iframe or its WordPress plugin, the booking engine is Beds24’s own. There is nothing to sync: guests see what Beds24 holds right now.
  • Guests book on the builder’s engine. The builder then works from a copy of your Beds24 data, refreshed on a schedule: daily for the RezIntel builder according to Beds24’s wiki, every 15 minutes for Boostly according to its guide. Webready’s pages do not state a frequency.

Between two refreshes, a rate you changed or a room that just sold on Booking.com can still show as it was. Before you sign, ask whether availability is checked again with Beds24 at the moment of booking, and how the booking arrives in Beds24: RezIntel’s, for example, are entered with “Original Referrer: Rezintel.net”.

Also check which Beds24 prices the builder reads. Beds24 has two ways to set them: daily prices, entered for each date in the calendar, and fixed prices, which “have a start and end date” (Beds24 wiki). RezIntel only works with daily prices, and Webready describes importing daily prices. If your rates are set as fixed prices, or mix both, test a few real stays before you go live.

A dedicated booking page such as Bookpage24 works live too: it reads availability and prices from Beds24 on every search and checks them again when the guest books, so the discounts, minimum stays and closures you set in Beds24 apply as they are.

WordPress, Wix or Squarespace with a Beds24 booking widget

The cheapest route to a full website is a general website builder plus Beds24 for the booking step. Your site keeps its own design, and guests book live on the Beds24 booking page.

  • WordPress: Beds24’s free official plugin, “Beds24 Online Booking”, adds booking widgets and shortcodes, including one that embeds your booking page in an iframe (WordPress.org). Our Beds24 WordPress plugin guide compares it with the other options.
  • Wix: Beds24’s wiki notes that “unlike almost all other website builders Wix does not support JQuery” (Beds24 wiki). A “Book now” button linked to your booking page is the safe choice.
  • Squarespace and Webflow: code embeds need a plan that allows custom code; check yours before you build around a widget.
  • Any builder: a button linked to your booking page works on every plan.

The weak spot is the iframe. Beds24’s own wiki warns that “iFrames on mobile devices are problematic”, and that blocked third-party cookies can stop data passing from the widget to the iframe (Beds24 wiki). Our Beds24 booking widget guide explains each widget and what to check on each builder.

Keep your website, replace only the booking page

If you like your website and what holds you back is the booking step, a new website is the expensive fix. Start with what Beds24 allows: our guide on how to customize the Beds24 booking page covers templates, colours and CSS. When that is not enough, for instance because guests see internal room codes such as “XGL” or “DBLV”, or rooms with no bookable price, replace only the page guests book on.

That is what Bookpage24 does: a Beds24 booking engine that keeps Beds24 as your PMS and channel manager.

  • On the site you have: a hosted page behind your “Book now” buttons, on your Google Business Profile and in emails; a widget pasted in two lines of code; or a WordPress plugin with a block and shortcodes. On Wix, we recommend the hosted page behind a button.
  • Live from Beds24: prices and availability are read on every search and checked again at booking. The booking is written into Beds24, whose channel manager closes the room on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and your other channels.
  • Rooms that sell: real names, beds, descriptions and photos in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish; several rates per room side by side, cheapest first; city tax shown upfront.
  • Your payments, your accounts: nothing online, a deposit, full payment or a card guarantee, on the Beds24 payment page with your own Stripe or PayPal. No card data goes through us.

Bookpage24 is not a website builder: if you need pages, a blog and a menu, pair it with WordPress or any builder above. It costs $29 a month up to 5 rooms or units, $49 up to 20 and $79 above, per property, excluding VAT, with no commission. See the live demo, or have our team set it up. Weighing a new PMS instead? How to choose in five questions

  1. Do you need a new website, or a better booking step? If your site works, rebuilding it to change one page is the most expensive fix there is.
  2. Where do prices come from, and when? Live from Beds24, or a copy refreshed daily or every few minutes? Is availability checked again at the moment of booking?
  3. Does it read your Beds24 setup as it is? Daily or fixed prices, minimum stays, closed dates, several rates per room: test three real stays on different dates. Bookpage24 runs this check when you connect Beds24, with three 2-night stays for 2 adults, 30, 60 and 90 days ahead.
  4. Where does the booking land, and who takes the money? It should arrive in Beds24, so the channel manager closes the room everywhere, and payments should reach your own account.
  5. What is the full cost? The builder’s fee, your domain and hosting, any Beds24 channel fee (Beds24 charges its normal channel manager fees for RezIntel), and the time you spend setting it up.

In short: a marketplace builder when the whole website needs replacing, your current site with a better booking page when only the booking step does.

Frequently asked questions

Does Beds24 have a website builder?

Not a full one. Beds24 includes a booking page you can use as your booking website, plus widgets for an existing site. For a complete website, its wiki lists partner builders: Webready, RezIntel, Boostly and ResyPress.

Which website builders connect to Beds24?

Beds24’s wiki lists Boostly, ResyPress, the RezIntel Website Builder and Webready. You can also take Beds24 bookings on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace sites, with Beds24’s widgets, its free WordPress plugin or a link to your booking page.

Can I keep my current website and still take bookings through Beds24?

Yes. Add Beds24’s widgets or a “Book now” link to your booking page, or use a dedicated booking page such as Bookpage24, which reads prices live from Beds24 and writes each booking into it.

Do website builders sync prices with Beds24 in real time?

Not all of them. Beds24’s wiki says the RezIntel builder updates daily, and Boostly says it syncs every 15 minutes. Beds24’s own booking page and Bookpage24 read prices live from Beds24.

Do I pay commission on bookings made on my own website?

Not to Beds24, which says it never charges commissions, nor to Bookpage24; Webready says it has no booking or usage fees. Your payment provider still charges its own fees, and any builder’s monthly fee comes on top.
