Beds24 integrations: the apps that connect to Beds24, and how to choose
Beds24 is rarely used alone. Channels, payment gateways, pricing tools, guest apps, smart locks and accounting software all plug into it. Here is a practical map by category, with examples from Beds24’s own pages, how an app gets access to your account, what it costs on the Beds24 side, and how to choose without creating conflicts.
Where to find Beds24 apps and integrations
Start with the public Beds24 Marketplace page. Beds24 says it “integrates with hundreds of tools”, sorted into categories from distribution to locks. Inside your account, integrations sit under (SETTINGS) MARKETPLACE, the menu Beds24 used to call Apps & Integrations, with the connections you have activated listed first.
Read each card closely. Several entries, such as QuickBooks, Slack or Google Sheets, connect through Make, an automation platform, rather than directly. Some cards also carry a special offer for Beds24 users.

Zapier, Make and WhatsApp: what really exists
Make. Beds24 has an app on Make with a “watch bookings” trigger. In Beds24 you set up an auto action that selects the bookings to send and create an API key of at least 16 characters; in Make you enter that key and your property ID. Beds24’s normal channel manager fees apply (Beds24 wiki).
Zapier. It appears in the marketplace, but its card is labelled “Via Make”: the connection runs through Make. We found no Beds24 app in Zapier’s own directory in October 2026. If the property’s booking webhook is free, you can point it at a Zapier webhook URL instead; our Beds24 API guide explains how webhooks behave.
WhatsApp. Natively, it is a shortcut: a green icon next to the guest’s phone number in a booking opens a chat, if WhatsApp is installed on the device you use (Beds24 wiki). Automated WhatsApp messages need a third-party guest messaging app; on the marketplace, Besty AI, for instance, describes a unified inbox that includes WhatsApp.
How an app gets access to your Beds24 account
- Marketplace activation. Partners approved by Beds24 appear in the marketplace menu of every account. You activate the app and tick the room types it may use; it only sees those (Beds24 wiki).
- A key from your marketplace menu. PriceLabs and RoomPriceGenie, for example, have you copy a key from their page in Beds24 into their own dashboard.
- An API invite code, for apps outside the marketplace, agencies and custom tools. You choose the scopes; the code is valid 24 hours and works once.
- Channels and payment gateways are set up in their own Beds24 menus, the channel manager and the payment settings.
Whatever the method, never give an app your Beds24 password. An invite code or an activation can be revoked without touching your login.
What integrations cost on the Beds24 side
Most apps charge their own subscription. Beds24 may add its fee: its pricing page lists integrations “from €0.55/month”, the same price as one channel link (one room type connected to one channel). Beds24’s wiki pages for Make, PriceLabs, RoomPriceGenie and Beyond each say that its normal channel manager fees apply.
Check the app’s wiki page before enabling every room type. Our Beds24 pricing guide covers the full price list.
How to choose, and avoid conflicts
- Start from the job (door codes, prices, invoices) and compare apps in that category only.
- Prefer a native connection for anything that writes into Beds24, such as prices or bookings; automation through Make suits notifications, spreadsheets and CRM entries.
- Check the permissions: read access for reporting, guest details and invoices only if the job requires them.
- One pricing tool per room type. PriceLabs and Beyond both write to Daily Price 1, so two tools on one room would overwrite each other.
- One booking webhook per property. If another app already uses it, a new app must work without it.
- Ask who maintains the connection: Beds24’s page on Smartpricing, for instance, says Smartpricing does, so support comes from them.
- Test with one room type first, then enable the rest.
Your booking page: Beds24’s own, a website builder, or ours
The page guests book on is an integration choice too:
- Beds24’s own booking page, widgets and WordPress plugin, included and configured in Beds24. See how to customize the Beds24 booking page and the WordPress plugin guide.
- A website builder from the marketplace, such as Resypress, Boostly or RezIntel, if you want a whole new website.
- Our booking page, Bookpage24 (our own product). It replaces only the page guests book on: it connects with an invite code (bookings, inventory and properties, read and write), reads availability and prices from Beds24 on every search, and writes each booking into Beds24, whose channel manager then closes the room on every channel. See our Beds24 booking engine.

Frequently asked questions
Does Beds24 integrate with Zapier?
Beds24’s marketplace lists Zapier “Via Make”, so the connection runs through Make; we found no Beds24 app in Zapier’s own directory (October 2026). A booking webhook sent to a Zapier webhook URL is the alternative.
Does Beds24 have a WhatsApp integration?
Natively, a shortcut: a green icon next to the guest’s phone number opens a WhatsApp chat. Automated WhatsApp messages need a third-party guest messaging app.
What is the Beds24 marketplace?
Beds24’s catalogue of partner apps, public on beds24.com and in your account under (SETTINGS) MARKETPLACE, formerly Apps & Integrations.
Do Beds24 integrations cost extra?
Often, yes: the app’s own subscription plus Beds24’s fee, which its pricing page lists from €0.55 a month. See our Beds24 pricing guide.
How do I connect an app that is not in the marketplace?
Give it a Beds24 API invite code with only the scopes it needs. The code is valid 24 hours and works once; see our Beds24 API guide.
